Screen Time is an innovative feature in iOS 12 devices which delivers data about phone usage. Perhaps, this helps the users to manage their time most precisely. In addition, parents can restrict phone usage for the kids by setting passcodes, so the app gets locked after the time limit. However, after the latest update, iPhone users are encountering problems like greying out/crashing of screen time, screen time not functioning on YouTube, and others. This guide will help you learn to fix the face screen time problems in iOS 12.
Step 1
Reboot ‘Device’
When there is an issue with the iPhone device, rebooting it once will help the users to get rid of the problem. So, restart the device. This can be done by pressing and holding the power and volume button together until the apple logo appears. Apparently, this differs between models. This functionality will work only for iPhone 7 and 7 plus.

Step 2
Open ‘Settings’
If your issues are not resolved with step 1, then you can continue with step 2. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Screen Time’. Under the settings, you will see a list of options. Scroll down to find the screen time. Click on the screen time and turn it off.

Step 3
Repeat Step 1 and 'Reboot' your device. Again, go to 'Settings'.
Step 4
Open ‘Settings’
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Screen Time’, Turn on the ‘Screen’ time.

Now, your face screen time will start functioning normally.
