What to do When you Can’t Find iOS 12 Features

Some users have reported this issue that they are unable to find iOS 12 features. It is better to try updating the device through iTunes. The process is very simple and do follow step 1.

Step 1
Connect ‘iTunes’

  • Connect iPhone via lightning cable to computer.
  • Launch iTunes in computer and select the connected phone.
  • Navigate to summary and click on check for updates.
iTunes will check for updates and if it is available, users can download it and update. If this doesn’t help, proceed to step 2.

Step 2
Try ‘Restarting’

Press the power button for few seconds until ‘Slide to Power Off Screen’ appears. Slide it to the right and wait for it to switch off. Do wait for a few moments after it is powered off and turn the device back on. Now check for updates. If this doesn’t help, proceed to step 3.

Step 3
Check ‘Apple Servers’

Visit Apple System Status page and check if the servers are down. Users may encounter similar issues when apple servers are down. If this doesn’t help, proceed to step 4 to if the issue is sorted out.

Step 4
Reset ‘Network settings’

iOS features not showing up can also occur due to network issues. This can be fixed by resetting the network settings. ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Reset’ > Click ‘Reset Network Settings’.

This would fix the issue and you will be able to find iOS 12 features.
