Step 3
‘Date & Time’

This is a very important factor that is responsible for “cannot connect to app store” issue. Click ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Date&Time’ . Turn off ‘Set Automatically’ so that manual time zone is set. If this works, then again go to ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Date&Time’ and turn on ‘Set Automatically’ and now it’s good to go. If this doesn’t help, then proceed to step 4.
