Although iOS has great compatibility and performance, yet there are still some issues here and there when you upgrade the version. Once in a while, you might have faced problems with wrong orientation of the images and videos. They become unresponsive and stay either in landscape or portrait mode despite of your efforts made to change the orientation. Although it is the most occurring problem with iPads when compared to other iOS devices, still it occurs in every device.
But this is not an issue to worry. Here is the solution to fix the problem when you are stuck in landscape in iOS 12.
Step 1
Turn Off ‘Orientation Lock Button’
Most of the time, you will face the orientation problem when the orientation is locked in your iOS. So, to resolve the issue, turn that off. This can be done either by double clicking on the home button or you can swipe up with your finger from the bottom of the screen.
As you are done with this you can see that the device orientation button is turned on, which is indicated by the circle with an arrow. Just turn it off. But at times, even when the button is off, yet you will have the issue. Here is how you should handle that.

Step 2
Close the ‘Application’
This is typically a software issue. When the app gets crashed, it becomes unresponsive. So, you need to close the app. Swipe and close the app and your issue is resolved.

Using the above steps you can simply fix the landscape mode issue on your iOS 12 device.
