what to do when someone is blasting their subs?

Some morons across the street is blasting their car stereo and my window rattles. I peeked at them and they're not the people I want to have direct confrntation with(four or five large black guys). Nonemergency police line is closed(i'm pretty sure) and I don't want to call 911 over this. My parents aren't home right now so I gotta take care of it on my own right now. What do I do??

Well they're stupid and inconsiderate enough to blast their car stereo without giving a sh!t about the neighors. The noise is still here and frigging annoying, but I don't want to get killed or get the shiat beaten out of me.

Blasting stereo in residential area in middle of a friggin night is inconsiderate period. I don't have a prejudice against them, but just being conservative. Absolutely nothing personal against them. Statistic says blacks are likely to commit crimes(assault, murder etc.) than the rest and I don't think it hurts me to be careful.

Noting someones race is NOT racist. What is racist is making assumptions based on such observations. To simply say "that guy is an arab" is completely different from saying "that guy must also then, be a terrorist." I hope that is what bomberman was getting at. Not more likely, just that they are arrested more. It is true that a disproportional amount of blacks are "involved" in the criminal justice system. However, many blacks are faced with poverity, racism, and violence that many white people don't know about. But to make an assumption that all blacks are violent and will kill is wrong and ignorant. Ever think of maybe going out there and asking politely?
