What to do what to do...

In this game I play, two clans are really close to war, but the leaders (myself and someone else) kind of don't want to war. Now we have two members that fought today, each one blamming the other. So now I don't know whether to delcare war between the two..or what to do now. The other owner is lost, but we need to do something to avoid a muntiny.. =/

I just sent out 20 guys to attack them before they see it comming..guess we wait and see now.
