What to do in Utah?

I'll be in Salt Lake City for 5 days starting Monday. (For work)

My days are spoken for but the nights are all mine.

What should I do or see?

C'mon AT'ers, throw out your best suggestions and tips.

OMIGOD!! You must not be into the outdoors then. It's an outdoorsman's dream IMO. So much to do winter and summer. Ski in the Wasatch range. Mountain Bike in Moab. Hike in Zion. Run your car over at Bonneville, etc... If not Utah, you're so close to other great places.

The City Weekly is a local independent paper with a pretty good listing of dining, clubs, and entertainment. There are a lot of outdoors type things to do, but probably not much fun at night.
