What to do? In the process of selling website

Hey guys Im in a bit of a dilema. I recently put one of my first websites up for sale celebrityhub.com and I've found a buyer. However I get the feeling he is going to throw a p0rn site up once the transfer is complete. Now we more or less closed the deal, however that was before I began suspecting his true intentions.

So what should I do? I no longer really care about the site, I've been working on it since 1999 and have stimulated plenty of regular traffic. I just don't know what to do. A few people I know, know about this website, and I can imagine their reaction if they suddenly find p0rn plastered all over the place.

btw do you guys have an opionion on what the domain is worth? Just trying to make sure I'm getting a fair deal. I'm driving about 10k uniques a month to it.

I have no idea what a domain like that would go for, but why would you care if he turns it into a porn site. I would treat it like a telephone number. After you're gone it goes to somebody else, whether it's a sex chat line or not, why would you care?

Maybe stipulate that he keeps a notice that the website has "changed hands" up on the front page for a month or so?

WHo freakin cares if he makes it a porn site whats he offering you for it? How much money has it cost you since you've owned it?

I'd sell my left eyebrow area to a porn site for ad space if the price is right.

Its good that he has principles, it shows character, however since you have finalized the sale, you also have a duty to complete the deal.
