What to do in Montreal?

I'm probably going to be in Montreal about a day the weekend after next with the GF, need some recommendations on what to do, places to eat, things to see, etc.

Biodome is a vey cool place in montreal.( its like a mini-safari ).You can come watch the Alouettes!!! (CFL Football team),good dance club in MTL is The Dome(Subway station St-Laurent ).Lots of strip club.

Oh yeah good place to go is La Ronde( run by Six Flag)...also you have The Jardin Botanique. Le Vieux-Port is also an interesting place.
 
Been there a few times, I'm not a big fan of the city. It always seems to me that it's trying real hard to be a European city and not succeeding.
