What to do in Denver, CO? Help!

Going there for a business trip early morning next Thursday and returning on Friday (yes, kind of short).

I am trying to decide whehter to stay two more days and return on Sunday. Need to know what there is to do in order to decide.

Please advise! (Need to decide really soon!)

Go hiking in the mountains. There is probably still snow, but if you can handle it, it is really beautiful.
 
Most obvious choice would be to check out all the stuff along the 16th street mall in LoDo. It's not much in the way of a "locals" scene, but there are a gazillion restaurants, pubs and shops packed into a pretty small area with shuttle buses running up and down it you can hop on.
