The Vortex makes great burgers.

The Varisty is a landmark fast food joint with the best chili dogs and onion rings anywhere.

5 Points is a cool hippie section of town. Visit the Junkman's Daughter.

Frys supposedly has a store down there now.

In 2 weekends there is a big Golden Tee tournament with playes from all over the country.

Catch a Braves/Falcon game.

Six Flags

Buckhead or Virginia Highlands area is stocked with bars and people

Allatoona lake and Lake Lanier are close

I went to Buckhead last night and hit up a few bars, pretty cool place kinda like Adams Morgan in DC. I think I will see Virginia highlands next. I'm gonna party like a rockstar friday not sure where I'll end up. Hopefully not in jail. I also want to check out your boys bar MBony. asta luego ~dubbz
 
There's a great Japanese hot-plate restaurant call Oriental Express... Definitely worth checking out... food is great and the show is pretty good too...

Well my adventure is almost over, went out Friday and drank beer in buckhead, went downtown to see Van Halen (pretty cool show) drank more beer and ended up at some strip club then drank more beer. Partied like a rockstar and didn?t get arrested. Thank you Atlanta I had a great time.

Backstreet is played out, you have to be a "member" to get in, it's novelty has worn off. Gays went there to get gays, then the straight women went so they could dance/ do X all night and not get hit on by all the Guidos that Highlands/Buckhead tends to atract. And in turn all the straight guys went to try and pic up the straight girls. At least thats what my gay friend that used to go there all the time told me.
