I think I might have been trolled over a motherboard. What can be done, if anything? Payment was through paypal and has already gone through.

Send us any info you have about the party who trolled you. Include all contact info, including real name, shipping/mailing address, telephone numbers, email addresses. If you have email from him, set your email program to show the complete headers, including IP addresses, and copy and paste them to your PM.

You may also get some help from the Troll Hunters. They are a group of guys who work across several forums to resolve trading problems and disputes.
