What to do if I lost a CD key?

I lost the CD key for Musicmatch Jukebox. I just sold my iPod on ebay and want to provide the new owner with all the software and everything and make sure he/she doesnt have to go through any hassles. Anybody have any idea how I would manage to get the correct CD key? I just checked and I'm unable to install Musicmatch (the only program that will xfer mp3s to the ipod on windows) without my original CD key......should I contact apple? or musicmatch?

with apple, yes... not sure about musicmatch....

tried that "hastalavsita" method but musicmatch is smart and didnt fall for it.

I have heard from various sources that cd keys are easily available on this thing called the intarweb. But never tried it of course.
