I can't believe the responses in this thread.

If it was a woman posting this, you all would be screaming for blood..

<< I would bring this to the cops, personally. This counts as a form of sexual assault. >>

Personally, I wouldn't accuse my sister of anything any time soon because she'd already be messed up from being raped. I would be there for support and her rehab. Jumping her sh!t would only push me away from her. The point is that he wasn't emotionally hurt from this whole ordeal, just probably pissed as hell. Therefore, someone comes right out and says that he should have paid a little more attention to what he was doing.

nik[/i] >>

Who's to say that he's not emotionally hurt? I don't think you're in any position to judge his emotions or his mental state - just because he says he was pissed off doesn't negate the possibility of other emotions.

<< Jumping her sh!t would only push me away from her. >>

And you think doing this for him will do anything differently?

I repeat, if the sexual contact is unwelcome and forced, then it constitutes rape.

Is he? Did he come in here crying? I hardly believe that he's that hurt. Besides, it's not like anyone in here is blaming him for the entire thing. It's obviously mostly her fault. But there's no way he's completely innocent in this situation.

Seriously -- STAY AWAY from her. She went way, way, way, way, way over the line.

Care to spout out any more ignorance while you are at it?

If this really did happen, the effects of it probably won't start rearing their ugly head until days, weeks, even months after it happens. It's at a later time that person finally realizes what happens and the anger, guilt, shame, and agony comes full circle.

I don't know if he's hurt about it. If it was me I might be mad about it, but not hurt by it. I would tell her what I said before that I don't trust her and couldn't see her anymore. That would be it, I wouldn't give it a second thought after that.

Face it fellas, men and women are DIFFERENT. they approach sex differently, they VIEW sex differently and they REACT to sex differently.

He wasn't raped, I still am not convinced that you can RAPE a man. Obviously that screams for different definitions of rape for men and for women. But it requires different definitions because men and women ARE different.

He wasn't raped, she took advantage of a situation but he wasn't raped. don't even tell me that what happened to him is the same as what happens to women when they are raped and by raped i mean penetrated viciously w/o consent.

You could argue for sexual harrasment.

I'd be interested to know that, since you say you're in a serious relationship with someone else, WHY were you hanging out to the point of falling asleep on the couch with ANOTHER chick?

If I was the other girl, I wouldn't be too happy about that if nothing went on at all.

basically they are the same, but there are more elements to sexual assault. taken from this site

<< There are many types of sexual assault, including rape, forced sodomy (anal intercourse), and forced oral copulation (oral-genital contact), rape by a foreign object (forced penetration by a foreign object, including a finger), and sexual battery (the unwanted touching of an intimate part of another person for the purpose of sexual arousal). >>

Question for the guys who say that a man can't be raped -

What happens if another man sucked you off while you were asleep? What would you call that?
