what to do if a personal trade goes bad?

what would u do if u bought a motorcycle helmet from someone over the internet and it wasn't exactly what u had in mind? who do u go to if u wanted to get your money back?

There's no one to go to. Maybe if you talk to the person you bought it from, they might return your money. But they aren't obligated to do so.

edit: of course, it depends on whether they misrepresented it, it's broken, yada yada.
