ok, i sent a gift certificate to an address and later found out that they used a fraudulent credit card number on paypal
i called up the place where i sent it to and some lady picks up saying "i dunno who you're talking about" then just hangs up. SEems like im not the only one asking for my stuff back...
they're not answeirng the phone anymore. The certificate was sent to that address. They wont even bother to talk about it for 1 whole minute.
what am i supposed to do nexT? these people live on the other side of the country, im from california they are in philadelphia.
also.. I sent the certificate with a stamp, so i dont have any proof other than the egay auction and the email they sent me on where to send the items to....
