What to do after Fresh format

In order of what to do.... What should I do. What do I install first?

1. Graphics driver
2. Chipset driver?
3. ETC????

VGA driver
Sound driver
Remember to restart imbetween each one.

I normally do all the MB drivers first, then reboot, then the others. YMMV.
