16 spams from one domain!!

Following is the message I just sent to abuse@yahoo.com. If anyone could give me some suggestions as to what to do next I would greatly appreciate it.

Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Attached is one of 16 unsolicited commercial emails
(UCE's) I have received from the domain
EDIRECTNETWORK.NET. According to the North Carolina
General Statutes Section 14-458 it is against the law
to falsely identify with the intent to defraud a
recipient if the sender is using services of an
electronic mail service provider to transmit
unsolicited bulk commercial electronic mail in
contravention of the authority granted by or in
violation of the policies set by the electronic mail
service provider. I feel I have been defrauded
because I have received the UCE's without my consent
and with no ability to be removed from future
mailings. In addition, each UCE comes from a separate
sub-domain and address, precluding the possibility of
blocking every address.

My question to you is, does not your TOS prohibit the
use of Yahoo!s services for the transmission of UCE's?
If so, both Yahoo!, as the service provider, myself,
and/or any other recipients of UCE's from the
EDIRECTNETWORK.NET domain may be entitled to a
recovery of damages through this statute.

If my supposition is correct, please notify me if I
may be involved in the litigation of the holders of
this domain. If I am incorrect about the entitlement
to recovery of damages, I would like to urge you to
consider the banishment of the EDIRECTNETWORK.NET
domain from any access to Yahoo!, its routing
services, or its email system.

Thank you for your consideration of my request.

Sincerely,
Reed Law

I've been using hotmails junk-grabber lately. It gets about 90+% of all my junk and has yet to intercept an email I really wanted.
