well i work at a hospital as a therapist and am going to school for MIS degree...i have been offered a tenative IS internship job and i think it would be pretty cool....
here is the catch...they are doing to same thing in HR that they did when i was hired for my present job...they don't make you an offer as far as pay goes...the ask you to name a price and then back it up....
well it went fine the first time because i have decent amout of experience...so i felt justified asking for what i got
i know other internships with simular duties have paid anywhere from 12-18 dollars around my area...
i don't have that much experience in an IS department...so i feel a little green...i learn quick...
where in this range would you offer to the boss ? i am just looking for your opinion
