What to do about credit card theft from a buyer???

Ok here's the situation, I sell many items online through Yahoo! Auctions. A while ago, let's say 2 months, I had a bidder from Romania.
He paid with a PayPal account not of his name, shipping and everything. Who knows, could have been his mothers name. He actually sent me extra to cover shipping charges and being as nice as I am, I sent him back what I didn't need. The funny part happens when he tells me to send the remaining $30 or so back but into a DIFFERENT paypal account.
I went along, I already sent the RAM I sold him, what can I do?
Two days later I get an email from someone else who sells on Yahoo! Auctions, stating he saw that "this person" won one of my auctions, and said PayPal had taken money OUT of his account due to fraudulent activity. (stolen credit cards) We talked, I never found out what happened in the end.
NOW, almost two months later, this same guy has won two more of my auctions. How slick he is, claiming he is someone else now with two totally different email address's claiming his "client" in Romania needs these items. Again he has paid me with PayPal, both of these auctions ended with the same Yahoo! user name, but I was paid from TWO SEPERATE PayPal accounts.
Now the important question, what to do??? Do I contact Yahoo!? Do I contact PayPal? I have not yet sent the RAM and Processor he won from me, nor do I really intend to after this asshole stole multiple people's credit card accounts. What would you do?

i'd contact both yahoo and paypal.
he's commiting fraudulent acts utilizing both services so i would think both would be interested in stopping him.
