What to do about a spammer spoofing my email

I've got a spammer in Boca Raton Florida who is spoofing one of my email addresses. I'm getting something like 800 bounces a day and they all originate from the same IP.

I've called his ISP.
I've called my webhost.

Nobody gives a darn.

My domain will probably end up on the anti-spam blacklists because of this.

Anybody have any creative ideas of what to do? (Or perhaps a white-hat hacker out there want to help? )

Ugh - I have the same problem. I'm not quite getting 800 bounces a day but probably 25-50.

There's nothing you can really do. Spoofing the FROM-part is so easy, practically everyone and their grandma can do it..

Spamfilters who would put your domain on the spamfilter for that are retarded.
