hello people...

i was wondering if you guys could tell me which general services/jobs do people turn off in win2k to speed up the sys. im not on a network nor do i use any type of network device (ie cable modem)

also, is there a way to see what win2k is loading during startup? my system boot/shut down time increased about 20 sec recently after installing some drivres/appz. ive tried disabling some stuff w/ Startup Cop but that didnt make any signficant change.
