hey guys...

what are some standard 'services/jobs' that i can turn off in win2k to speed up the sys? im not on a network and do not use any network features... no cable/ethernet modem either.

also, is there a way to find out what exactly win2k loads up at startup? my system booted up very quickly until recently... i installed some stuff (cant remember which one did it) but my boot up time increased literally about 40 sec.
