what to choose for wireless between two building ?

Hard to say how far it is, (about 300 ft? ) but does anybody knows
which brand gives the most output power ? and will an external antenna
do the trick ?

Ouch ... why do you want to network over two buildings? do you have a buddy you wonna network with? or is this more of a business issue? OR do you want to network the whole building? if its the whole building go with microwave

How much bandwidth do you need between buildings? Is there clear line-of-site between the two? Any trees, etc. that grow and block line of sight? You have rights to mount antennas, etc. on top of the building?

You can go anywhere from T1 speeds all up to 100Mb/s - It just depends on your budget. I used a 100Mb/s wireless link over about 2 miles and it worked like a charm. It supported about 200 users, but cost about $80K. There's a lot of smaller stuff out there, however, that can be purchased a lot cheaper.

'coz we are planing to get cable Internet connection, but he lives over that building.
I think the lowest bandwith of wireless AP is 1Mb. So, it 'll be ok for us.

btw: I am not allowed to setup antenna on the top of our roof, but is there any indoor
antenna that I can use ?

Sure, there's lots of indoor antennas that will work. But they will work best if you can point them out a window directly to his place. You can either install an access point in your place and a wireless NIC in his place (cheapest if it works) or a wireless bridge in both houses and connect his to his PC with a crossover cable. More expensive, but would probably give you better performance over a distance.

I'd say that JackMDS is on the right track if it's within your price range. Of course, they are $450 each so for normal home use it might be a bit much..
