What to buy?

OK, I have two Windows machines and maybe a linux box in my office, but the router is in another room. I am not going to run cables. I don't have the time. Anyway the router is a old DI-624 superG. Should I buy 3 G or superG cards? Does superG work in linux? Would superG be worth it over G? What about a wireless G or superG bridge to connect both rooms. That way the internet connection would be wireless, but pc to pc would be wired. Should I move it all to N?

The house is a rented house, two stories, on a concert slap, and the cable would be going from one floor to the next. So, it doesn't take longer to read and explain an answer than to get permission and then run some cable in this house.

Thanks for the card recommendation though.

You might be well-served by a couple of routers running DD-WRT, talking to each other wirelessly, using WDS. Then your client PCs on each floor could be connector to their respective routers using CAT5e.
