what times are "nights/weekends" considered to be for cell plans ?

you'd think this info is readily available somewhere, but it's not... and customer service stops answering after 11pm. :| I'm thinking 7am... but just wanted to make sure.

It even varies within the same company. Sprint can be 7, 8 or 9 pm.
 
Some companies have "early evenings" that start at 6. You have to pay extra though.

But generally 6-9pm. The longer you've had your plan the more likely it'll be earlier.
