During work, more than likely. Either night shift or day shift. Mostly people looking to take a break from normal work routines.

i would say night, around 8pm or so. It's not that busy during the day - I've been visiting all day during my work and not a whole lot happens.

During working hours. Between about 5 PM-7 PM CST, this place is dead, as well as in the early morning.

i'd say during work hours, though there is a different crowd that takes over in the evening.

I've noticed over time that during the work hours it's typicaly more active. Sometimes it's funnier too
