I live in Canada, so there hasn't been much advertising for the event for...obvious reasons.

I was wondering what time it'll be on at, and I assume CNN will be carrying it?

For this Debate to matter Bush will have to swallow his tongue live on air (not so remote a possibility) and then Kerry will have to decide which position he is going to take on it.
