What time is the normal "bed time" and "wake up" time for working America? (averages?)

Well, I wake up at 5:30am everyday so I am usually in bed by 10 - 10:30pm. Whats the stats for everyone else?

Right now I wake up at around 7:30 and go to bed at around 11:00

Well, during school time, I wake up at 6, school 7-4, go to bed around 9.

Up at 7, work at 8 (have a 35 minute commute). Get home at 6pm and get to sleep anywhere between 10:30 and midnight.

Bed around midnight, up anywhere from 6-8 depending on when my daughter wakes up.

I get to work when I get there. As long as I put in my 8 hours the boss doesn't care what time I get there.

 

During the school year, I wake up around 8:30, class at 10:00 and bed usually around midnight-1:00.
