9PM... some stores close early... like St. Albans store here in Vermont closes at 7 because they do NO SALES. We are even open till 9 on thanksgiving eve and open up at 6 am on black friday. Too bad I will be in Columbus and wont have to put in 15 hours like I did last year 😛

Why don't you call their asses up on the phone? Or is it that you don't want to talk to a real live human being? Maybe you'll get lucky and put on hold, and the hold message will tell you the hours.
