LMFAO....seriously, do you think there is a precise time? Everywhere is different, just depends on the route of your local carrier and where you happen to fall on that route.

ah yes, waiting here all day like a goon! :p I wish they had better tracking, last time (or I should say the only time) it was updated was 11am on the 14th :| Fedex and UPS are so much better at keeping the receiver up to date on the package's status.

Our postal service guy seems to show up whenever the hell he feels like it. One day it's like noon, the next day, 7pm, the next 3pm.

Yeah, I checked their website and that is correct. But it looks like it may not come today :| Anyone else seem to think that USPS's tracking is not up to par with FedEx/UPS?

I remember a few other times I received packages from USPS and they never update the package status after the initial pick-up until the package is received. i.e. I order the Zalman 5.1 headphones about 5 months ago, ordered it on a Monday, received tracking #, but no updates until I received it on Friday...

USPS does not provide "Tracking" they provide Delivery Confimation, which is just that. My mail comes between 2-3 every day.

EDIT: As for "Up to par" it is apples vs. Nissan... Yes, two completely different things entirely.

I had a problem with tracking one package with FedEx. :frown: According to the tracking site it was delayed in some city thousands of miles away. Funny thing is 6 hours later the package arrived, when it was supposable still delayed thousands of miles away. But all was forgiven since it actually came 1 day early. :)

When'd this happen? They 'tracking' is the half-assed Delivery Conf.

They have bad this Track and Confirm thing for a while, it is seperate from the Delivery Conf thing they do. I have used it, it is similar to UPS and FedEX tracking.

For the OP question here mail man never seems to come at the same time. Some days he comes before 12 other days he doesn't come till after 6.
