Having lived here my whole life, I'm curious to know when the sunsets and rises in your area..

In the Bay Area it currently rises at 6:20 a.m. and sets at 8:28 p.m.

depends on the season, of course, but lately it's been between 4 and 5 am.

I usually take a 15 minute stress-release break at 5 am, and the sun is just over the horizon.

I could definately get use to that. Barbeques end way too early. I'm the typical 5:30:8:30 guy give or take more or less during the seasons.

Not sure about the time, but it depends on the season. I managed to find how long the sun is up during the longest day of the year and the shortest.
The longest is 21 hour and 10 minutes of sun a day and shortest is 4 hours and 10 minutes.

using the calc thingum its currently 03:59 for the sunrise and 23:05 for the sunset

Damn! Where do you live? Where I am, then length of day vs night is about the same, it's just the times that change the most. I'm guessing you live more north than I do

Wow, I can't imagine what it's like to have the sunset a few hours later than it normally does. Seems kind of unreal really.

And for those saying it depends on the season, I'm obviously referring to the current season :p
