What time do you normally go to sleep at night?

Considering it is 1:15AM where I am, my answer is pretty dog gone late.

I think i'm more sporadic than anything, one day it's 11pm the next day it's 4 am. I need to sleep better.

It's highly dependent upon when I have class in the morning. Later classes = going to bed later and v.v.

For the past year or so I've been going to bed at at least 3/4am. While I was at school, it was more like 5/6, sometimes as late as 8am. i have no job so I don't need to wake up early.

a typical work night involves playing WoW from 9:30 - 12:30 (two hour raid plus a bit of padding), watching an hour and a half of tv (daily show, colbert report, and one other show sitting on my tivo if there's anything else there), and then reading in bed for half an hour.

Used to be 2AM up until last November (used to start work at 10am.)
Now I have to be up by about 5:30, so I am usually in bed trying to sleep by 10 or 11.

Good thing is I'm off by 2:00. Bad thing is I cant change the habit during the weekend or else I'd be hurting monday morn.

Am glad I no longer work my old job. The 12 hour night shift was killing my health.
