I've been working 3rd shift for the past 4 weeks... my sleep schedule is all messed up, especially on the weekends. Somedays, I'll sleep from the moment I get home until the moment I leave, somedays I'll sleep a little bit after 10 until 2 or so, somedays I don't sleep at all. I usually try to have a life on Saturday nights, because working at night prevents me from doing so during the week. THe problem with that is my friends go to bed around the time that my day is halfway over, so I'm not tired at all. Then they wake up right when I should be going to bed, and I usually just carry on as if I had just woken up, but end up passing out later that evening and sleeping through most of my Monday.
