What time do you get up for work?

I get up around 7:30am...depending on how many times I hit snooze. I'm usually at work between 9:00 - 9:30am. I usually leave anywhere between 5:00 - 6:30pm.

I have to be at work between 8am and noon, so I typically get up sometime between 9 and 10 and get to work between 10 and 11.

I used to get up around 7:00, but now I have to get up around 6:00. I work and live at the same places, but I have to drop my son off at daycare in the mornings, which adds extra prep time and driving time.

Alarm goes off at 0430 and I leave for work at 0600, roll call at 0640.

6am. Gives me just enough time to climb out of bed, get my son up and fed, feed myself, get us both ready and then get him to school by 7:30 and me to work by 8:00.

I'm probably going to have to switch to an 8:30 or 9:00 shift once it starts snowing.

MWF: Wake up at 4:20AM and lift weights at the office gym. After showering and changing I'll be at my office around 6AM.

TTh: Wake up at 4:45-5AM and do cardio. After showering and changing I'll be at my office around 6:15AM.

I only started going early because I don't like it when too many people use the gym (weights specifically).

I dont think it makes a difference though whether you wake up at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 etc. I find it equally hard no matter what time I have to get up lol.

Boss doesn't care what time I'm in the office as long as I'm answering emails, and my work schedule has been crazy lately (ending days at 2 or 3am, blegh) so lately I've been checking email on blackberry every 15-30 minutes starting around 8, and actually waking up / getting up between 9 and 10. Lots of after-hours server restarts prevents me from shifting my schedule back to normal.

The basic routine is: wake up, 2 mile run, S-S-S, coffee/news, off to work arriving around 7:15 AM.

6am - I get in at about 7;30. I can work whatever hours I want, but the commute is substantially shorter if I work earlier.

MWF, 8:00-8:30AM usually. Leave at around 9:05 if I am on my bike and 9:15 if I am getting a ride to the bus. Bus arrives at 9:21... I arrive at school around 9:55AM.
TU,TH, 9:00-9:30AM usually. Leave around 10:05 if I am on my bike and 10:15 if I am getting a ride to the bus. Bus arrives at 10:21... I arrive at school around 10:55AM.

I take 30 minute showers so that's kinda why I wake up that much in advance. Sort of sucks because I do nothing on the bus every day for an hour or so. 5 hours a week I am on a bus doing nothing. At least with driving you are participating and you don't have to deal with bullshit shaking and stopping from being on a bus.

3:25 am. Work is 4 am - 1 pm (M-F), 2 mile drive taking about 5 minutes.

Then wake my kid up and get him fed and ready.

Then pack up the car with my stuff and his stuff for the day and take him to day care on the way to work.

Depending on how things go and when I get out the door, I'll usually make it to work between 8 to 8:30AM.

Over the summer got up at 4:45 - Left by 5:45 - Arrived at work at 7:30 (Fredericksburg, VA -> Chantilly/DC Area)

Left work at 3:30 - Home by 5:15/5:30

Hopefully after I graduate college, I'll move closer (assuming I get an full time offer)

Either 4:00 AM if I have to be in early for production changes or 6:00 to 6:30 AM for most other days.

As for me, I wake up at 7:30, get out of bed at 7:50, leave for work at 8, get to work around 8:15.

My alarm goes off at 6:30, I hit the snooze button at 6:39 and 6:48, end up watching the local news until 7, then get captivated by the teasers on the Today show (Merideth Veiara is a milf), then rush to get ready at 7:10 so I can leave at 7:30. I then arrive at work around 8:03-8:05.

I have slacking down to a science.

Get up at 7:20, leave by 8:10, arrive at work around 9.

I decide to get breakfast on the way:
Get up at 7:40, leave by 8, arrive at work around 9.
