depends on your area...where i am i have 3 i can go to...one opens at 9, another at 10, and another not till 11. One has a 24/7 mail station though where you put your own package/letter on a scale it wieghs it and will print any type of postage you want without ever having to deal with the desk peoples 🙂

It varies between locations, some of my USPS offices open at 7AM and others open at 9AM.
