From this question, I assume that you read the how-to for Artic Silver 2. Basically, if you want to use a "lint-free" cloth to remove the ASII with some Rubbing Alcohol. You can get both the "lint-free" cloth (lens cloth) and Rubbing Alcohol from your local grocery store (HEB, Randalls, Tom Thumbs, Krogers, Albertson's, or whatever flavor they have there). The "lint-free" cloth can be the lens cloth that they sell in your grocery store. Sometimes they sell this paper-like cloth, but in either case, it should run you more than $1-2 for the cloth and $1-2 for the rubbing alcohol. ;)

As for getting the ASII out, don't bother trying. Just toss that cloth.

Typically, I use a normal paper towel for most of the cleanup, then I use a sheet of disposable lens cleaner cloth with rubbing alcohol to finish. The disposable lens cleaner tissues come in a cheap packet.

Don't waste a good lens cloth on it...even though they only run ~10-15 bucks. Just use a disposable one, you're going to wreck it anyways. I wouldn't want to clean my camera lens with a cloth that had AS all over it :)
