I'm looking for a darker theme than this putrid Windows 7 default....isn't there like an Aero Black or something?
 
Aero slate with transparency disabled and color intensity at 100%. It's gray but I wish it were darker.

Like you, looking for some aero black themes, but not found any that I like.
 
I can't even find where any of that stuff you mentioned is. I tried changing what color the top bar for active and inactive windows are but for some reason firefox is still this awful looking light blue
