Just got an e-mail from Crucial warning me of "rising" memory prices, and inviting me to buy memory at the price they just doubled (without mention that they just doubled the price, of course). Nice of them to double the price and THEN send that e-mail. 😛 I knew prices already went up, but not everyone did. I thought it was kind of sleazy to double the price, then immediately turn around and send a warning that prices may be going up in the future and that you should buy now at these low prices. 🙂 They must be getting desperate.
