What the hell thread was I on when I posted that? I thought I was on one about Logan's Run a 1976 Sci-Fi film.

Were you writing the Logan's Run remake?

Rather liked that series. I was 11ish when it came out and I like all SciFi, so it was great.

Sandorski,

Naw, I was not writing an update version. I just thought it was a good movie, despite its flaws.

And here I was thinking you were about to make some witty comparison to the excellent film Logan's Run and the Texas GOPs assertion that it is illegal to leave the state for an abortion. There is a comparison to be made there.

I most humbly apologize.

To be clear, abortion isnt high on my list of priorities. Ive said it before, but I personally am against abortion, but if made king for a a day I wouldnt outlaw it. Do I think abortion is murder? yes. Do I care? not too much. If I had to choose between higher taxes on the rich with abortion any time vs lower taxes and abortion OK after 15 weeks Id choose lower taxes every time.

Tell us you've been emotionally propagandized into voting against your own self interest without saying you've been emotionally propagandized into voting against your own self interest.

It's amazing how average Joe's are against the very wealthy paying at least the same share of taxes percentage wise as say the middle class.

They are such morons. I guess the allure of being Republican and being able to hate groups of people for things they can't help being is too good for them so they vote against their own economic interests and simple economic justice
