I was thinking if you have kids too early the parents might run into finance problems and what if the parents want to retire on time...

So what the right age to have kids?

I know there are more factors but thats what came to mind...

When you want them and are in a financial position to properly support them seems about right to me.

A lot of pepole say if you wait until you're financially stable, you'll never have them.

I think 35 is too old, but only because at the age well into the 50's you're probably sick of dealing with your kids. Kids do MURDER MERCILESSLY your income and slash the fvck out of it, so it makes sense to get a foothold on things like some equity in a house or cars owned or whatever first.

Oh BTW I feel that the younger a woman has kids, the more likely she can bounce back.

Didn't we just do one of these threads?

Anyway, for men, nine months after you're dead.

The right time is when you decide that adopting is just as good as having your own.

That and the longer you wait to have kids you are increasing your chances of a birth defect or worse. That said, you should at least wait until you are out of college and/or establish yourself financially.

When you are prepared to accept responsibility for them. My wife was 20 when she had our 1st.

We now have 5.

Overall, if you wait until you can afford them, you won't have kids. But if you have them when you are stable and ready to accept responsibility, you will find the resources to pay for diapers, etc.

Why in the hell would you have five children? I'm just curious if you actually have some valid reasons for such propagation (an example would be the intrinsically cheap labor family members provide when working arable land).
