what the hell's wrong with my winamp?

alright, i got the latest version of winamp (2.74), shoutcast server, shoutcast winamp plugin, IIS and very little else running on my server... but for some reason, winamp is absolutely eating my CPU time. 92% when the plugin is activated... 50% when its not. is the only problem i need to reboot? ive never had problems before with it like this.. its terrible... and its screwing up my stream. anyone exp similar problems?
