You can boot ghost off of a cd, then cheat and make 40 copies of the cd, make sure to tell your boss it will take you weeks of OT to complete. You should be able to finish in 8 hours or so depending on your backend network. Just make sure your boss doesn't get wind.

i'm salaried...

also, i haven't seen anywhere in the ghost instructions saying you can boot off ghost or create a ghost server

Bart is your friend. PM me.
Boot to a BART disk that has ghost on it, profit. When you make the disk thou just make sure it has support for the various network cards you use.

As far as having one license, they have no way of telling since you don't have to install ghost to use it.

Yea, I would probably set up a ghost CD, boot into that and image the drive up to a network share. You can get a bunch going overnight, and then come in in the morning and reboot all the systems.

bring in a dual opteron and setup a wireless network, do a mass distribution package on a 2-TB arrayed drive using net frame you are set.....................

Get the Bart Boot CD. Grab the DOS ghost executable, and throw that on the cd as well. It should be relatively self-explanatory once you boot into the CD (provided that you know what you are doing in DOS).
