installed newest itunes, plugged ipod in and boom it's frozen and won't do a fvcking thing.

why can't ****** just be simple. i remember seeing some thread about something having to do with the video ipods, it was a stick but the search function isn't really worst a damn so can anyone link me or tell me what that was that was so important?

and what the hell do i do about this BRAND NEW ipod that's frozen?

leave it for a couple minutes then try it again

if it still fails , then return it
