Actually, the bible got it wrong. Jesus was a little crybaby. What actually happened was they ran out of wine. Then when someone poured Jesus a glass of water he began to whine about it. Since everyone was drunk the story got a little distorted...

I can't believe the moderators here would allow this thread to remain.
Its extremely offensive to Christians.
I would hope reasonable forum members would join me in protest.
I can take a joke like the next guy, but some of the things being advanced in is thread is completely out of line.

Because there are some things that are OK to joke with, and some that are not. It's like telling any soldier that the flag should be burnt and that the Constitution is pure garbage.
Just like there is people that will be to dumb to understand that the flag and constitution gives them the freedom they so use... or abuse....
People will mock Jesus and take the awesome love and willing sacrifice for all mankind and spit on it.
Never the less. Jesus died with Mill in mind on the cross.
You can argue about basic laws as much as you want.... that still doesn't make it untrue.
The wage of Sin is death. Believe it or not, you will die.
The awesome love of God gave you a chance to have eternal life with Him. He died willing for you to take your penalty... No greater love has someone that dies for his friend...
Make fun of Him, spit on Him, kick Him... nothing else did the people that crucified Him. He could have struck them down if He had chosen to, but He loved them as much as You!

christianity was first seen as an offshoot of judaism, like protestants and catholics today. as more and more gentiles joined up, they lost the offshoot status.
