Ok I pre-installed TF2, and I restarted steam, and then just launched the game...and it works! So yes, you can play the beta....

Dude, AT is so far behind on news it's not even funny.

If you purchased the Orange Box, as of 11:41pm PST lastnight, you can NOW PLAY THE TF2 BETA.......it is NOT restricted to just employees......
