What the hell?! My comp restarts if I have Word and BeyondTV open and active.

Ok, so I've OC'd my chip but its tested Prime95 stable, memtest comes out fine as well. I'm just not sure what the hell is going on here because any time I open up word and beyondtv my computer will restart eventually....anyone know how this could come to be?

Just a shot in the dark...are all your drivers up to date? I remember when updating my video driver helped resolve some conflict issues. Good luck.

I know my video drivers are, but right now I'm actually trying to change to an older driver set for my PVR card. FOR SOME REASON though, when I uninstall the drivers for the PVR150 in my device manager and then go to add hardware it wont let me install the drivers that I KNOW worked with my system, it just installs the newer drivers.

Any help?

Not really, it's usualy a 3-5% performance hit at most..and if thats the problem(which I don't think it is, but still worth a try) it's better than rebooting..

You should also try going back to stock speeds for now as well, to see if the problem goes away. Could also be your AIW and PVR150 conflicting with eachother as well.

I also think you should try running things at stock speeds and see if it goes away. Prime95 is a tool to tell you if your computer is not 100% stable, but there's no tool that will tell you your computer is 100% stable.

I actually think this might be the problem too. I think I'm going to swap in my X800XT PE and see what happens.
