I'm in the middle of playing Madden 08 for the PS2 on my Toshiba Regza 42" LCD and I just lost almost all my colors. I checked all the video connections and everything is working fine. What the hell does this mean?

Does it do that when you switch back to TV or a DVD or anything?
Right now, yes. I turned it off and switch to different video inputs. They all do the same. :(

This better be covered under the Best Buy PSP I purchased. I've owned Toshiba TVs for 15 years and have never had an issue before. Hell, I still have my first Toshiba TV and it is working fine.

If that were true, the damn thing would have done this months ago.

Maybe it's just now realizing it...

I've never had bad luck with Toshiba until now. I own several Toshiba TVs and DVD players and they haven't given me issues until I decided to go with an LCD.

Urinating on them won't help them perform better.

(that was a good set up for a reply...don't waste it.)

Quite literally, it's a glitch in the matrix. Time to start looking at the Toshiba warranty info.

*whisper* it happens when they change something

Only time I have had this trouble is with older or crappy cables or dusty and slightly tarnished connectors on the TV or cable ends. I can usually reach behind the TV and turn them a bit or plug and unplug them a few times and it will clear up and return to proper colors on my set when it does this. Also try temporarily replacing the cables with some cheap spares you might have lying around, just in case one of the cables decided to short out a bit somehow. I just hope this might work for you.

Good luck!
