What the hell is wrong with T-Mobile?

OK, OK, I know that just opened the floodgate, but I'm inquiring specifically about their website, particularly the Billing section.

It's quite funny that I can navigate to any of the sales-y sections, such as new phones, plan upgrades, even Pay Bill. But, I can't see the details of my bill, nor able to download it. It's been like that for at least a week now. Apparently, they have this "government mandated tax" that's assessed every 6 months, which would cause your bill to mysteriously raise a few dollars.

I called customer service, in Bangalore, of course, and was given the run around of "we're upgrading cell towers in your area so your detailed bills may not be available". I kid you not. They can't even email my bill to me, but they can print one out for me...

P.S. if by chance you work for T-Mobile, go check on the hamster in the basement.

I have TMo and haven't had any issues.

That being said, I don't think your problem is TMo specific. The websites/call centers/support/customer service of all carriers and service providers suck ass. They are specifically designed that way.

Sort of like insurance companies as well -- if they actually give you your information or allow you to access it easily, then you can easily raise questions and cause issues.

Just pay your bill and STFU -- that's what they want.

I had T Mobile once... Used one of their go phones to transfer my landline number to their service and from their service to google voice. Now why can't I transfer my landline directly to google voice? Bastards.

Can you log in and see detailed billing, or download your bill? I need mine for expense.

You're doing something wrong as all that info is right there in your account soon as you log in. On my screen it says pay bill and right next to that it says view bill. View bill takes you to bill summary where you can then you drill down to get specifics on each phone if you wanted to... next to that is print bill in pdf, ie., dl it.

I'm a pay-as-you-go customer, but I can log in and see everything on my account including billing.

Edit: Woah! just realized that Binge-On applies to pay-as-you-go too? That's gotta be fairly new. Wish it applied to things like Google Music and Plex -- which are the only 2 streaming services I really use.

They have a deal with netflix so that is free. It's good for the kids on your plan, like for me my daughter who is glued to netflix. D:

Yeah, when I click on View Bill, the page pretends to load for a few seconds, then I get "This information is currently unavailable while your bill is being processed. Please check back in a few days." I can browse to all the other pages, except for View Bill.

Been like that for a week. It happened before as well, but not as persistent as this time.

Don't use Netflix -- but my kids (on TMobile) devour YouTube like it's water. Just had no idea Binge On applied to pay-as-you-go

I've never had that happen. Just checked, it works for me. I'd guess account issue.

Oh my god I've been complaining about this for the past month. Their billing system is shit. I've had to call them so many times because it's been wrong. I can't even view my bill for this past month because its been "generating" for 3 weeks.

Cricket is where it's at yo! They use AT&T towers so the coverage I guess is quite good.

Why on God's green earrth, buried below hot magma would I be sucked into an outrageous contract that not only RAPES you on a monthly basis, but doesn't even have the BALLS! to give you a reach around. So I pay $35/month for unlimited voice & text that comes with 2.5GB of data. Since I use WIFI most of the time I probably incur around 500MB a month. Fits my needs perfectly. I even sent Cricket a Tweet about having them support Nomorobo and they replied that they would push my request up the chain. If that doesn't work I'm marching over to change.org, creating a petition and a website and get the ball rolling to have Nomorobo. :colbert:

I use Ting for my Galaxy S4 (former T-Mobile GSM)
Average monthly bill has been $14.44 - usually only use Wi-Fi for data

If you want to help me out - here's my referral which supposedly will reward me for suggesting this
