I work in a retail store. Customer calls me up asking to get a refund without a receipt. Standard procedure in this store, and most others, is no refund without receipt. But since I knew this customer, I said that I would make an exception and give her a refund. She should be happy, right? WRONG!
When she comes in she told us she paid by Visa but now wants it back as cash. I think in any store in this world the refund should be the same as what you had paid by. We asked her why and she said that she doesn't want to lose the points from the credit card purchase! WTF! She, in essence, didnt buy anything but expects to receive points from it. WTF!!!! She then rants and tells us if we don't do it then she will take her business elsewhere. At this point, i was ready to tell her good riddance. But I kept my cool and said you have told me before that you like our service, but if you think this is enough for you to go elsewhere, then theres nothing more for me to say.
What is wrong with people??? Do they think its their right to pull scams????? This wasnt some punk too. It was a middle-aged woman
